The only comment that I would have about this is that it should not be so onerous for LGBTQ or others even "other" than these to assert their rights in a free society.

Can we start using the "Free" quotation marks now? or are we still going to pretend that a 240 year old piece of paper is more important than ACTUAL civil rights in the process of struggling to remain ALIVE?
