Ten claps and a couple notes for you, from a fellow sufferer of the condition.

Bipolar disorder isn't a disease so much as it is a different way of thinking and feeling about the world. Many of the things you say here resonate thoroughly--doing the right thing always and always telling the truth. You have to have some baseline and those are mine as well. You find yourself whistleblowing because, well, that comes with telling the truth.

When you come to the most crushing depression of your life try to keep hoping for a better tomorrow. I don't know that one is out there for me, but then I'm in the midst of it now. I suppose I don't know much but if I know how to survive the last two months of this feeling, that's something.
