It is worth mentioning that with a situation this serious, and considering the fact that I have been in extensive communications with Ryan McCarthy.

And since it’s obvious that Elon is aware of this situation, and that the Board has acted to block him from replying on Twitter, the recent sanctions re: the incident concerning a pedophile in Thailand are in some sense effective.

I don’t know how strong Vern’s case was, but this one is far stronger.
